1) Open Video

2) Layer>Ungroup Layers

3) Layer> Smart Objects> Convert to Smart Object

4) Layer>New>Layer

5) Copy and Paste image into new layer.

6) Layer>Smart Objects> Convert to Smart Object

7) Edit> Transform > Warp

8) Warp the image

9) File>Export>Render video>Rander
