How to make smoke in Photoshop
0) Open image
1) Choose brush tool
2) Choose white color
3) Layer>New> New Layer
4) Draw curve line
5) Filter>Blur Gallery> Path Blur...
6) Draw Path Blur base line.
Path Blur setting:
Basic Blur Speed: 200 (Base on your drawing)
