Size:2 (if any)

Contrast:10 (if any)

Pattern Type: Dot

Insert New Layer:(Press +(plus) sign)

Sketch: Torn edges

Image Balance: 25(if any)

Smoothness: 14 (if any)

Contrast: 0 (if any)

9) Ok

10) Layer Panel>Hard Mix

12) Filter>Distort>Twirl

Twirl Setting:

Angle: 60
