1) Type Text.

2) Type>Convert to Shape

3) Reshape the character. (Click on a character>Choose Selection Tool and reshape the character. Like bellow image)

4) Layer>Layer Mask>Reveal All

5) Gradient tool from tool bar

6) Draw Gradient color.

7) Filter>Pixelate>Mezzotint

Mezzotint setting:

Type: Long Strokes.

8) Ok

9) Layer>Layer Objects>Convert to Smart Object

10) Filter>Distort>Twirl

Twirl Setting:

Angle: -50
