Photoshop color HalfTone text effect

1) Insert new Document

2) Create duplicate background.

3) Type text "WELCOME" in black color

4) Place the Text Layer into Background and Background copy layer.

5) Click on "Background copy" Layer

6) Choose foreground color black.

7) Filter>Filter Gallery

Setting:

Sketch: HalTone Patter

Size: 1

Contrast: 10

Pattern Type: Line

8) Click Ok

9) Rotate the line (If you like)

10) Layer Property> Multiply

11) Click on "Welcome" text layer.

12) Layer>Smart Objects> Convert to Smart Object (To text layer)

13) Filter>Blur>Gaussian Blur

Gaussian Blur Setting:

Radius: 2 (or any)

14) Click on Background copy Layer

15) Layer>Smart Objects> Convert to Smart Object

16) Adjustment Layer> Threshold

17) Click on Background copy layer

18) Filter>Liquify

19) Liquify the lines.
