 Pixel Text Effect in Photoshop.

1) New Document

2) Type Text. Like "ECHO TEACH SKILL".

3) Resize the text.

4) Click on "Create Warped Text"

5) Choose Arc

6) Adjust Bend.

7) Layer>Smart Object>Convert to smart object

8) Filter>Pixelate>Mosaic

Setting:

Cell Size: 5 (Any)

9) Ok

10) Adjustment>Threshold

Setting:

Threshold Level: 150
